Forward deployed

We don’t send a deck.
We send engineers.

Strategy, design and delivery from one embedded team that understands your business as well as your technology.

The idea

The answers are where the work is.

Specs miss the edge cases. Interviews miss the workarounds. Sample data misses the mess. The only way to really understand a process is to sit inside it.

So that’s what we do. Our engineers shadow your operators, read your real data and learn your unwritten rules — then build technology that fits them, not the other way round.

What decides whether AI reaches production? Not the model. The workflow around it.5

We close that gap by owning the whole path: from the first interview to the moment the new process runs on its own.

Principles

Six rules we don’t break.

Process before platform.

We never start with a tool. We start with how work flows today, and only then decide what technology — if any — belongs in it.

Every pain point gets a number.

Hours lost, errors made, euros leaked, customers kept waiting. If we can’t size it, we don’t prioritise it.

One owner, end to end.

The people who scope your project are the people who build and ship it. No hand-offs between strategists and engineers.

Small wins, shipped early.

We aim to put a first improvement into production within weeks, then compound from there.

Secure by default.

Your data stays in your environment wherever possible. Data protection and AI regulation are design inputs, not afterthoughts.

Built to be handed over.

Documentation, training and runbooks are part of every delivery. Success is when you no longer need us.

Where every engagement begins

The Discovery Sprint.

Two weeks embedded in your business. At the end you have a clear picture of how work really happens, what it costs you and exactly what to do about it — whether or not you continue with us.

What you receive

  • Current-state maps of your core processes
  • A sized inventory of pain points — time, cost, risk
  • Data and systems readiness assessment
  • Opportunity matrix: impact vs. effort
  • A costed, sequenced implementation roadmap
  • Baseline metrics, ready for Stride Pulse
  • Executive readout with your leadership team

Timeline

How an engagement runs.

A typical path. Every business is different, so the pace is set by the opportunity.

  1. Week 0

    Kick-off

We agree the business goals, meet the teams involved and get access to systems and data. One page, one owner, one definition of success.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Discover & diagnose

Shadowing, interviews and data analysis. We map each process, measure the baseline and size every pain point.

  3. Week 3

    Strategy & roadmap

We match each problem to the right solution — AI, integration, automation or process change — and sequence them for the fastest return.

  4. Weeks 4–12

    Build & deploy

Short iterations shipped into production alongside your team. Every release is tested with the people who use it before it goes live.

  5. Ongoing

    Measure & scale

Stride Pulse tracks results against the baseline. What works gets extended; what doesn’t gets fixed or retired.

Handover & enablement

Designed to make us unnecessary.

The risk of any embedded team is dependence. So we plan the exit from day one, pairing with your people until they can run, maintain and extend everything we build.

  • Everything built in your accounts and environments
  • Living documentation and runbooks
  • Hands-on training for operators and admins
  • Pair-programming with your technical staff
  • Clear ownership map for every system and metric
  • Optional retainer for support and new phases

Questions, answered.

What does “forward deployed” actually mean?

It means our engineers work inside your business — on site, in your tools, alongside the people doing the work — rather than gathering requirements and disappearing to build. The model was pioneered by software companies deploying complex platforms into large organisations, and it is now how leading AI companies take their technology into production.

What do you mean by AI and SI?

AI is the technology available today — models and agents that read, write, predict and act. SI, Super Intelligence, is where that technology is heading: systems that exceed human expertise across domains. We implement AI that pays off now, and build the foundations that let your business adopt each more capable generation as it arrives.

Do you only do AI projects?

No. AI is one tool among several. Many of the biggest wins come from connecting systems that don’t talk to each other, automating repetitive steps or simply redesigning a process. We recommend whatever moves your numbers, and sometimes that’s no new technology at all.

How long is a typical engagement?

Every engagement starts with a two-week Discovery Sprint. A first delivery phase typically runs six to twelve weeks. After that, many clients keep a smaller embedded team on retainer while their own people take ownership.

Will we become dependent on you?

Not if we do our job. We build in your environment, document as we go, train your team and pair with your people so they can maintain and extend what we deliver.

We’re not a large enterprise. Is this for us?

Yes. Small and mid-sized businesses often benefit most, because a single bottleneck can cap the whole company’s growth. We scope engagements to the size of the opportunity.

Do you work remotely?

We embed in person wherever it matters most — especially during discovery — and work remotely in between. We’re based in Lahore, Pakistan, and work with clients around the world.

Let’s find your first win.

A two-week Discovery Sprint maps your processes, sizes the pain points and hands you a costed roadmap. No commitment beyond that.
